The Beehive Team is a group of dedicated, passionate women who pour an immense amount of love and care into the Beehive children. They work cohesively to form a true family atmosphere, leaving a lasting bond on each child.
Ms. Lily Schofield
Founder, Owner, Principal, Teacher, Mum.
Ms. Lily has an unmatched love for children. This love radiates throughout the Hive. She is a proud mum to her little girl, Rosie. Ms. Lily heads up administration, all Early Years departments and the Afterschool programme.
Ms. Lily also teaches our Pre-K class, the Carpenter Bee's. As an experienced teacher in the lower primary levels, she is able to ensure our children head off to primary school prepared, passionate and with a love for learning.
Ms. Andra Nanton
Daycare - In our Hearts
Ms. Andra has over 25 years in childcare. She originates from Dominica and trained in St. Vincent. Prior to calling Antigua home, Andra ran a preschool in Dominica. Auntie Andra creates special connections between herself and her babies, and plays a key role in the development of all our Beehive children.
Sadly Auntie Andra passed away on February 13th 2024. She will be remember always, and her love and guidance will live on in our Honey Hive forever!
Ms. Cassandra Henry

Preschool Teacher (2+)
Auntie Cassandra is a trained Early Childhood Educator who has been teaching for the last 15 years. She is fun, nurturing, caring and organized. She is dedicated to making this school year a meaningful and fun filled experience. Her hope is that each child will be comfortable and enjoy every moment in their learning journey. I am looking forward to a fun and exciting year with your little ones.

Auntie Clara is an experienced Early Childhood Educator and proud mom. She has many years of childcare experience both in Antigua & in her home country of Dominica. Auntie Clara prides herself on her ability to nurture little ones into caring, confident and happy children who have great enthusiasm to learn.

Auntie Nadia has many years of experience in Early Childhood. She prefers to work with the younger children in a setting as she has the ability to bond and connect to them. She believes that this unique ability helps her on her path to guiding our little ones to achieve their goals and excel in their development. Auntie Nadia loves to help all around her feel happy, comfortable and confident.
